Delivery: 

  • We at DC_Desire do free nationwide delivery within 2-7 business days.
  • Once your order is completed, it may take up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched for delivery. If your order is received before 12pm, it will be fulfilled on the same day. If your order is received after 12pm, it can be fulfilled the same or next day.

Returns: 

  • We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: Are the products listed here brand new or pre-owned?
A: DC_Desire online only sells quality products. All products listed here are in pristine premium quality condition.

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 2-7 working days to ship. All stock listed on our website are available. Via Postnet; Aramex, Paxi or the courier guy. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your order in our warehouse. It can then take up to 5 days to reach you.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email or message when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking URL. 

Q: I received a tracking number from you guys, but it does not work, why is that? A: All our tracking numbers are subject to the couriers activation of them - so kindly check again after a few hours to give courier company a chance to refresh their system and update the shipping status.

Q:Are my credit card details safe?
