Q: Are the products listed here brand new or pre-owned?
A: DC_Desire online only sells quality products. All products listed here are in pristine premium quality condition.
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders may take 2-7 working days to ship. All stock listed on our website are available. Via Postnet; Aramex, Paxi or the courier guy. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your order in our warehouse. It can then take up to 5 days to reach you.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email or message when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking URL.
Q: I received a tracking number from you guys, but it does not work, why is that? A: All our tracking numbers are subject to the couriers activation of them - so kindly check again after a few hours to give courier company a chance to refresh their system and update the shipping status.
